The following Terms and Conditions govern the counseling and development services provided by Rose Centre for Transforming Lives LLC. By accepting/paying a quote or statement of work from Rose Centre for Transforming Lives LLC., the client agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

The scope of work includes the specific deliverables, functionalities, and features outlined in the project proposal. The estimated timeline for session completion, including milestones and key dates, will be communicated to the client. Payment terms require a total session cost, along with any upfront deposits or milestone payments, and a payment schedule.

 

The client is responsible for providing necessary content and materials within agreed-upon timelines, as well as participating in feedback and approval processes promptly. A confidentiality clause protects sensitive information exchanged during the session. Termination of the agreement is subject to specific conditions and may incur penalties or fees. The agency's liability for damages or losses is limited as per industry standards and legal requirements.​​

Our refund policy is designed to be fair and reflective of the time-intensive nature of our work. While we aim to exceed your expectations, it's important to note that due to the customized and time-sensitive nature of our sessions, refunds are not automatically guaranteed. Each refund request will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis, taking into consideration the scope of the project, the work completed, and any unique circumstances. Our priority is your satisfaction, and we're dedicated to finding the best solution for both parties. Late Payment Clause:

Rose Centre for Transforming LIves LLC understands the importance of timely payments to ensure the smooth progression of sessions. Invoices issued by Rose Centre for Transforming LIves LLC are expected to be settled when received. A three (3) day grace period is provided from the date the invoice is sent out, during which the client is encouraged to submit the payment promptly.

In the event that payment is not received within the stipulated grace period, a late fee of $75 per day will be automatically applied for each subsequent day until the outstanding balance is settled. This late fee is intended to cover administrative costs and the potential impact on session timelines.

Rose Centre for Transforming Lives LLC reserves the right to pause or suspend services if outstanding payments extend beyond a reasonable timeframe. Delays in payment may also affect session milestones and delivery timelines outlined in the counseling project

 

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in ensuring timely payments, which are crucial for maintaining the efficiency and quality of our services.
